VIREN LOBO The Manifesto Statement is as follows National Candidate on the issue of people's participation for Natural Resource governance for sustainable livelihoods. Constituency: small and traditional farmers, pastoralists, forest dwellers and forest dependent communities, fishers. Unorganised sector labour in natural resources and those forced to seek alternatives due to destruction of the life support systems on which they live, the biggest constituency being the potential that MGNREGA and other schemes at the panchayat have to offer to restore the potential of the natural resources for sustainable livelihoods.  Potential: Relevance of renewable energy for decentralisation of governance as against business as usual though Corporates.  Demands and agenda:   1.      Change the way the FRA is looked at by the Government. Instead of putting the onus on people, make it central to the way development is looked at, integrating other concerns with at as well.

स्वास्थ्य के क्षेत्र में आगामी चुनावों के लिए राष्ट्रीय उम्मीदवारी की घोषणा –  1.      पूरे देश के लिए,   एक अधिकार प्राप्त स्वायत्त स्वास्थ्य सेवा निगम स्थापित किया जाएगा.  इसकी मुख्य जिम्मेदारी – समन्वय करने और विभिन्न स्वाश्थ्य और चिकित्सा संस्थानिं की जवाब देहि की होगी. 2.      प्रत्यके जिले में समाज के वित्तीय  सहयोग और योगदान से एक हेल्थ फण्ड की स्थापना होगी. सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र  और जिला अस्पताल की व्यवस्था को पूर्ण सुदृढ़ किया जायगा.   3.      प्रत्येक ग्राम पंचायत  में एक से अधिक स्वास्थ्य कार्यकर्ता – आशा, आंगंन वाड़ी, एएन एम् को प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य और इलाज  के क्षेत्र में पूर्ण प्रशिक्षित किया जाएगा. 4.      प्रत्येक वार्ड के स्तर पर एक वार्ड  स्वास्थ्य- संगत   और एक कम्युनिटी चेस्ट ऑफ़ ड्रग्स की स्थापना की जायेगी – जिससे ८० प्रतिशत बिमारियों का इलाज गाँव में बसावट के इर्द गिर्द ही संभव हो सके 5.      वर्तमान में विभिन्न चिकित्सा  पद्धतियों के कृत्रिम विभाजन को समाप्त कर दिया जायगा. – एलॉपथी – आयुर्वेद/ यूनानी  – होमियोपैथी- प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा और योग. प्रत्ये

Proposals One National autonomous health authority will be established for the whole country. It will be responsible for coordination with different services providers and for ensuring their public accountability. For Each district in the country – a community health fund shall be established by community financial contribution. The community health centres and the district hopsitals will be suitably strengthened. For each village panchayat – one or more community health animators –and /or ASHA worker, anaganawadi worker and ANM will be fully train fro delivery of primary health and medical care At the level of each electoral ward in a gram panchayat – a community health committee will be set up and a community chest of drug shall be provided, This will enable the self-management of routine ailments by the community close to their habitation and settlement. THE CONCEPT OF NATIONAL CANDIDATE  in Elections to Lok Sabha The persons wishing to offer his candidature as a national candidate can either make such declaration himself or through his political platform. The purpose of such declaration is to propose a clear outline in simple words of practical policies, programs and implementation strategies for some of the important arenas of national life like – agriculture, small industries, health, water management and potable water supply, social justice and security – security for women, rule of law and cheap and easy system of grievance redressal and conflict resolution through judicial system.
